Hello, I am Edvardas Žičkus – a man born, raised, and who began his career in Šiauliai, whose dreams and fate led him to Vilnius and later to the wider world. I am a creator of TV shows and documentaries, a producer, presenter, magazine editor, communications specialist, and public figure. I am grateful to my hometown, where my parents, relatives, and friends still live, for the first steps toward major journalism – from the video studio at the Šiauliai Student House to the then Šiauliai Television. Although many decades have passed since then, I will always remember those first timid steps and the trust given to me in advance, which I hope I have more than justified.
