The traditional national youth instrumental groups festival “Sound of Art” is taking place for the fourth time. The festival aims to nurture the tradition of live youth music, promote the creative identity of Šiauliai, with a special focus on the works of the group BIX as well as other Šiauliai-based music creators and performers.

The number of festival participants continues to grow, and the geographical reach is expanding: participants come from Šiauliai, Vilnius, Utena, Kaišiadorys, Nemenčinė, Mažeikiai, Radviliškis, Kuršėnai, and other cities.
