12:00 | Opening Ceremony
Programme includes: a parade performance by the Šiauliai Wind Orchestra (conductor G. Brūzga) and Šiauliai Culture Centre Choreography Studio “Aušrelė” (artistic directors M. Kosaitis, V. Adomėnaitė-Butnorienė). The Šiauliai City Anthem will be performed by Rolandas Janušas, vocalist of the band “Vairas”.

Programme includes: a performance by percussion group “Ritmas kitaip” (director A. Banys) with pyrotechnic elements, transfer of the Foster Care Day symbol “Great Kindness of the Heart” to Kaišiadorys District Municipality, and performance of the anthem “Hold Me” by Laura Remeikienė, Rolandas Janušas, and the Foster Care Centres Choir.
