On November 14 at 4 p.m., the “Laiptai” Gallery of the Šiauliai Culture Centre will host the concert “Rėdos Ratu,” celebrating the 40th anniversary of the creative activity of the “Salduvė” Folklore Ensemble of the Šiauliai Culture Centre.

The concert will feature electronic music composer Gediminas Dapkevičius and the “Salduvė” Folklore Ensemble of the Šiauliai Culture Centre (artistic director Darius Daknys).

The concert will invite audiences on a musical journey through the cycle of the year, where contemporary creativity meets Lithuanian folk traditions. The programme will feature original compositions as well as traditional songs associated with seasonal celebrations and work, enriched with contemporary harmonies and rhythms.

Admission: by invitation only. Invitations will be distributed from October 27 at 9 a.m. at the ticket offices of the Šiauliai Culture Centre and “Laiptai” Gallery, as well as through Ticketmarket.
