The project “Let There Be Light” is a long-standing tradition of sacred music by the Šiauliai State Choir “Polifonija” (since 2007), bringing the community together each year during All Saints’ and Advent to reflect on memory, hope, and renewal.

In 2026, celebrating the 790th anniversary of Šiauliai, the cycle is thematically expanded within the framework of “The Sun’s Abduction: The Eye of Providence,” interpreting the theme of light and darkness through musical dramaturgy.
