On September 12 from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., the traditional “Autumn Mosaic 2026” Amateur Art Festival will take place in front of the Šiauliai Art Gallery.
The festival, held for many years, is part of the festive “Šiauliai Day 790” programme, bringing together and showcasing amateur art groups and performers representing a variety of genres.
