On May 15 from 15:00 to 17:30, the Šiauliai nursery-kindergarten “Bitė” invites the city community to the celebration “Growing Together with the City of the Sun / The Growth of the Sun. The Guarding Bear”, dedicated to the 790th birthday of the city and the celebration of the International Day of Families and Children’s Day.

The celebration will combine artistic, educational, and wellness activities for families. The central highlight of the programme will be the participatory action “The Growth of the Sun”, which will become a symbolic greeting card for the city.

The event will also feature the presentation of the sustainable installation “The Guarding Bear” and a variety of themed educational stations: “Sustainability Workshops,” “STEAM Island,” “Health and Movement Oasis,” “Sound Meadow,” “Taste and Scent,” “Barefoot Path,” “Fairy Tale Courtyard,” “Little Bees’ Hive,” “Robotics Space,” and “Pet Valley.”
